Our 40 year old secret to success – it’s the right mix that counts!The spice mixture of our senior managers has convinced all fried chicken experts. We process more than a thousand country chickens a year to friend chickens and nuggets.

The best sides to go with our chicken: our mixes salads and the parsley potatoes made from Drautal potatoes – the pride of our “boss”!

A wine menu with more than 80 positions dating back to the year 1795 speaks for our sommelier.

The award “5 Krügerln” in Conrad Seidl‘s beer guide makes us really proud. In the whole of Austria there aren’t many restaurants and bars which have been presented with this honor.
